Who we are

LLC “United machine building company” is a production and engineering association created for solving complex problems in the field of development, production and delivery of the technological equipment for oil and gas processing, chemical and other industries of Russia and CIS countries.

Production and engineering association UMBC (United machine building company) includes LLC Scientific and Production Association “Atomkhimmash” – heat exchange equipment and accessories production company which has its own production area, modern equipment as well as qualified specialists that are necessary for high-tech heat exchange equipment production.

Provision of services relating to the solving assigned problems ranging from the development of design solution for the new equipment, its manufacture, delivery to introduction into service and subsequent service maintenance.

Our developments

The specialists of LLC "United machine building company" jointly with  LLC Scientific and Production Association “Atomkhimmash” have developed modernized devices type AVG-M (air-cooling unit horizontal modular) of its own design according to TU 3612-002-65647652-2015.

Application of the AVG-M instead of the serial AVG and other types of ABO (AVZ, KB, BM, etc.) allows us to achieve a significant technical and economic effect caused by the following factors:

  • Modular design that does not require on-site assembly;
  • Ability to link into blocks on a single metal structure;
  • Use of high performance fan wheels, designed and manufactured using the "aircraft wing" technology;
  • The use of plastic diffusers with a smooth entrance, preventing airflow and evenly distributing it along the entire surface of the beam, while eliminating corrosion of the diffuser and reduces the mass of the apparatus;
  • Reducing the power consumption of the plant by using electric motors of reduced power;
  • High degree of maintainability and serviceability of the device (repair, cleaning and replacement of sections, preventive maintenance of fans, etc.);
  • The use of telescopic racks in the supporting metal structure which allows, if necessary, to increase the height of the apparatus (with the maximum increase of 945 mm);
  • The possibility of transporting the vehicle in its fully assembled form by ordinary motor transport (gauge);
  • No-requirement state of using additional equipment (maintenance areas and ladders) for dismantling / mounting the fan (both impeller and electric motor);
  • The ability to continue the operation of the device in full mode in the event of failure of one of the fans.
